How does PricePal make money?
We earn a small commission from retailers when you click through and make a purchase. This doesn't affect the price you pay - retailers pay us from their marketing budget. This allows us to keep PricePal free for users!
Are the prices accurate?
We update prices regularly from our merchant partners, but prices can change at any time. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing. We do our best to show you current pricing!
What is a "Premier" merchant?
Premier merchants are our featured retail partners who have been vetted for reliability and customer service. They may appear with enhanced visibility, but we always show you all available prices so you can make the best choice.
How do I save products to buy later?
Create a free account and swipe up (or tap the heart icon) on any product to add it to your Favorites. You can access your saved items anytime from your dashboard. You can even see what other users with similar taste have favorited!
Can I sell my own products on PricePal?
Yes! If you're a retailer or brand, you can apply to become a merchant partner. We accept merchants through various affiliate networks (CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, Impact, Awin) or direct partnerships. Visit our merchant application page to get started.
What happens when I click "Buy"?
You'll be redirected to the retailer's website to complete your purchase. PricePal is a price comparison site - we don't process payments or fulfill orders. All purchases are made directly with the retailer.
I have an issue with my order. Can you help?
Since purchases are made directly with retailers, you'll need to contact them for order issues, returns, or refunds. Each retailer has their own customer service and policies. We're happy to help you find the right contact information!
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at pal@pricepal.com with your account email address and we'll process your deletion request. Your favorites, follows, and profile data will be permanently removed.
